Cafe Novo is a locally engaged organic & fair-trade coffee house & patisserie. Our beverage selection includes press coffee, espresso, tea, as well as our very own homemade lemonade and orangeade. We use organic milk from a local Ontario farm, as well as organic unsweetened soy (for no extra cost). Our chocolate syrup as well as our flavour shots are 100% natural and vegan.

All baked goods for sale are made lovingly by us, many of which are vegan and gluten-free. We're here bright and early to bake fresh muffins, scones, cinnamon buns every morning, and once they're out of the oven in go cookies, cupcakes, biscotti, cheesecake brownies, meringues and more. We offer specials, such as Double Chocolate Brownie Truffles or seasonal options such as fresh local strawberries with chocolate dipping sauce. Check out our menu page for more details!

100% of our meringue sales are donated to charities and fundraising efforts. The charities donated to are chosen by us, and change monthly. Please contact us if you know of a cause we should support, we are always open to suggestions.
